Now, “Go Away!”

In what seemed to be a day got the house in order and packed up and left. And no one said to me, “Where are you going?” or “What are you doing?” The camp continued per usual. So now - where shall I go or what shall I do?

Shall I go back to the stack like a book on the rack,
And wait to be read by the whim of the dead?
Shall I wait in line and ask for a sign?
Or go ahead and go – on to what I don’t know.

Conquering fears, I’ll seek new frontiers,
For I’ve spent too many years, with dreams in arrears,
Waiting for someone to say, “That it’s okay”
To do what’s in your heart and “Today is the day!”

John 16:5
"But now I go away to Him who sent Me, and none of you asks Me, 'Where are You going?'
NKJV

1 Kings 19:13
13 So it was, when Elijah heard it, that he wrapped his face in his mantle and went out and stood in the entrance of the cave. Suddenly a voice came to him, and said, "What are you doing here, Elijah?"
NKJV

Rom 10:6-9
6 But the righteousness of faith speaks in this way, "Do not say in your heart, 'Who will ascend into heaven?'" (that is, to bring Christ down from above) 7 or, "'Who will descend into the abyss?'" (that is, to bring Christ up from the dead). 8 But what does it say? "The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart" (that is, the word of faith which we preach):
NKJV

Deut 30:14
4 But the word is very near you, in your mouth and in your heart, that you may do it.
NKJV

John 4:23-24
23 But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him.
NKJV

John 4:35-36
35 Do you not say, 'There are still four months and then comes the harvest'? Behold, I say to you, lift up your eyes and look at the fields, for they are already white for harvest!
NKJV

Luke 4:18-22
18 "The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me,
Because He has anointed Me
To preach the gospel to the poor;
He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted,
To proclaim liberty to the captives
And recovery of sight to the blind,
To set at liberty those who are oppressed;
19 To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord."

20 Then He closed the book, and gave it back to the attendant and sat down. And the eyes of all who were in the synagogue were fixed on Him. 21 And He began to say to them, "Today this Scripture is fulfilled in your hearing."
NKJV

2 Cor 6:1-2
6 We then, as workers together with Him also plead with you not to receive the grace of God in vain. 2 For He says:

"In an acceptable time I have heard you,
And in the day of salvation I have helped you."

Behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.
NKJV

Ps 118:24-25
24 This is the day the Lord has made;
We will rejoice and be glad in it.

25 Save now, I pray, O Lord;
O Lord, I pray, send now prosperity.
NKJV
