Now, “Go Away!”

In what seemed to be a day got the house in order and packed up and left. And no one said to me, “Where are you going?” or “What are you doing?” The camp continued per usual. So now - where shall I go or what shall I do?

Shall I go back to the stack like a book on the rack,
And wait to be read by the whim of the dead?
Shall I wait in line and ask for a sign?
Or go ahead and go – on to what I don’t know.

Conquering fears, I’ll seek new frontiers,
For I’ve spent too many years, with dreams in arrears,
Waiting for someone to say, “That it’s okay”
To do what’s in your heart and “Today is the day!”

John 16:5
"But now I go away to Him who sent Me, and none of you asks Me, 'Where are You going?'

6 But the righteousness of faith speaks in this way, "Do not say in your heart, 'Who will ascend into heaven?'" (that is, to bring Christ down from above) 7 or, "'Who will descend into the abyss?'" (that is, to bring Christ up from the dead). 8 But what does it say? "The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart" (that is, the word of faith which we preach):

20 Then He closed the book, and gave it back to the attendant and sat down. And the eyes of all who were in the synagogue were fixed on Him. 21 And He began to say to them, "Today this Scripture is fulfilled in your hearing."

2 Cor 6:1-2
6 We then, as workers together with Him also plead with you not to receive the grace of God in vain. 2 For He says:

Behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.

I FEEL GOOD!

Judge justly or propagate injustice. How do you judge? “For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.” (Matt 7:2NIV) Do you feel like you’ve been wrongly treated and unfairly judged? Does it seem like others get favor while you get the shaft? Well then it’s time to turn the microscope around and examine the condition of your own heart. “Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap.” (Gal 6:7) And “judgment is without mercy to the one who has shown no mercy. Mercy triumphs over judgment.” (James 2:13) You can’t be critical without being hypocritical and being critical puts you in critical condition.

So what’s the answer? Forgiveness and Mercy. When you forgive you give mercy and when you give mercy you also receive it. And mercy triumphs over judgment. So you can be critical and look at what’s wrong or you can look at what’s wrong in the light of what’s right. And what’s right God’s judgment and even though He could have condemned us He chose to have mercy on us. For “the Lord is very compassionate and merciful.” (James 5:11b) Who also said, “For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their lawless deeds I will remember no more." (Heb 8:12) Now it’s your turn! If you what to feel good and have a clean heart and a clear conscience then give mercy, forgive and be forgiven! Then you’ll start singin like James Brown, I FEEL GOOD, I KNEW THAT I WOULD NOW, I FEEL GOOD, I KNEW THAT I WOULD NOW SO GOOD, SO GOOD, I GOT YOU!”

Luke 6:36-38

36 Therefore be merciful, just as your Father also is merciful.

37 "Judge not, and you shall not be judged. Condemn not, and you shall not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven. 38 Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you."

NKJV

John 7:24

24 Do not judge according to appearance, but judge with righteous judgment.

John 7:24

24 Don't be nitpickers; use your head — and heart! — to discern what is right, to test what is authentically right.

16 Consequently, from now on we estimate and regard no one from a [purely] human point of view [in terms of natural standards of value].

AMP

2 Cor 5:14-21

Our firm decision is to work from this focused center: One man died for everyone. That puts everyone in the same boat. 15 He included everyone in his death so that everyone could also be included in his life, a resurrection life, a far better life than people ever lived on their own.

16 Because of this decision we don't evaluate people by what they have or how they look. We looked at the Messiah that way once and got it all wrong, as you know. We certainly don't look at him that way anymore. 17 Now we look inside, and what we see is that anyone united with the Messiah gets a fresh start, is created new. The old life is gone; a new life burgeons! Look at it! 18 All this comes from the God who settled the relationship between us and him, and then called us to settle our relationships with each other. 19 God put the world square with himself through the Messiah, giving the world a fresh start by offering forgiveness of sins. God has given us the task of telling everyone what he is doing. 20 We're Christ's representatives. God uses us to persuade men and women to drop their differences and enter into God's work of making things right between them. We're speaking for Christ himself now: Become friends with God; he's already a friend with you.

21 How? you say. In Christ. God put the wrong on him who never did anything wrong, so we could be put right with God.

Matt 6:9-15

12 And forgive us our debts,

As we forgive our debtors.

13 And do not lead us into temptation,

But deliver us from the evil one.

For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.

Ezek 37:1-15

1 The hand of the Lord came upon me and brought me out in the Spirit of the Lord, and set me down in the midst of the valley; and it was full of bones. 2 Then He caused me to pass by them all around, and behold, there were very many in the open valley; and indeed they were very dry. 3 And He said to me, "Son of man, can these bones live?"

So I answered, "O Lord God, You know."

4 Again He said to me, "Prophesy to these bones, and say to them, 'O dry bones, hear the word of the Lord! 5 Thus says the Lord God to these bones: "Surely I will cause breath to enter into you, and you shall live. 6 I will put sinews on you and bring flesh upon you, cover you with skin and put breath in you; and you shall live. Then you shall know that I am the Lord."'"

7 So I prophesied as I was commanded; and as I prophesied, there was a noise, and suddenly a rattling; and the bones came together, bone to bone. 8 Indeed, as I looked, the sinews and the flesh came upon them, and the skin covered them over; but there was no breath in them.

9 Also He said to me, "Prophesy to the breath, prophesy, son of man, and say to the breath, 'Thus says the Lord God:"Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe on these slain, that they may live."'" 10 So I prophesied as He commanded me, and breath came into them, and they lived, and stood upon their feet, an exceedingly great army.

11 Then He said to me, "Son of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel. They indeed say,'Our bones are dry, our hope is lost, and we ourselves are cut off!' 12 Therefore prophesy and say to them, 'Thus says the Lord God: "Behold, O My people, I will open your graves and cause you to come up from your graves, and bring you into the land of Israel. 13 Then you shall know that I am the Lord, when I have opened your graves, O My people, and brought you up from your graves. 14 I will put My Spirit in you, and you shall live, and I will place you in your own land. Then you shall know that I, the Lord, have spoken it and performed it," says the Lord.'"

You Can’t - You Can

You can do it even if you can’t!

You may not be able to do it right now,

But if you’ll do what you can,

You will increase what you can do.

And the more you do,

And continue to do,

And follow through,

The more you’ll be able to do,

Until very soon you be doing,

What you could not do.

That’s just the way it works,

First comes faith, then action,

discipline, dedication and pain

Then joy and gain.

So the Truth is,

You can do it even if you can’t!

So don’t lie to yourself and say “I can’t!”

You may say,

“I could but I don’t really want to” or,

“I could if I would but it’s just easier to be fat and sassy!” or

“I’ve learned to blame so I am lame.

If you’re going to change for the better,

you will need to be honest with yourself,

And stop making excuses.

There is no excuse for making excuses!

http://www.timeslive.co.za/business/careers/article395592.ece/Theres-no-excuse-for-making-excuses

YOU CAN DO IT! IF YOU WILL!

WILL YOU? OR WILL YOU CONTINUE TO MAKE EXCUSES?

Why don’t you just stop and drop the lies and pick up a line of truth for yourself?

Something like an I can chant -

I CAN PREVAIL!

I SHALL PREVAIL!

I WILL PREVAIL!

I CAN PREVAIL!

I SHALL PREVAIL!

I WILL PREVAIL!

Many things like your mind, your body and your emotions will try to tell you that you can’t. IT”S A LIE!

Because the Truth is that you can even if you can’t. If you will, you shall, prevail. Thinking you wanna quit? GET OVER IT! And just go do what you can do and soon you’ll see what I say is true.

Phil 4:13

13 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

ARISE!

STOP thinking like a LAMB,

and START ACTING like The LION!

CONQUERING! not “just TRYING.”

For THE LION from ZION –

ABIDES WITHIN -

and EMPOWERS you to WIN!

So find the ROAR WITHIN, let the battle begin,

And BECOME the VICTOR NOT the VICTIM –

EVER AGAIN!

Jesus is LORD but He and choose to give Himself as The Lamb for us as a sacrifice. Now to us He is the Great Shepherd and us to Him as sheep. But as the lambs of the LORD we become lions to the enemy. “He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love.”(Col 1:13)

So when we receive Him as LORD He imparts His nature. Not only the nature of the Lamb so that may love as He loves, but also the nature of the Loin so that we can conquer as He conquers.

Jesus has been and is being revealed as The Lamb of sacrifice for salvation. But now He shall be revealed as LORD and Lion. And “as He is, so are we in this world” (I Jn 4:17) We are His ambassadors we have His authority to annihilate the adversary. He is the Head of the church, the Loin of the tribe of Judah and we are His body. So it’s time for us to ARISE in the power of His resurrection, and STOP thinking like a LAMB and start ACTING like the LION!

Eph 1:17-23

17 that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him, 18 the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, 19 and what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power 20 which He worked in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places, 21 far above all principality and power and might and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in that which is to come.

Rev 19:11-16

11 Now I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse. And He who sat on him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and makes war. 12 His eyes were like a flame of fire, and on His head were many crowns. He had a name written that no one knew except Himself. 13 He was clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God. 14 And the armies in heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, followed Him on white horses. 15 Now out of His mouth goes a sharp sword, that with it He should strike the nations. Rev 21:22-22:5

22 But I saw no temple in it, for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are its temple. 23 The city had no need of the sun or of the moon to shine in it, for the glory of God illuminated it. The Lamb is its light. 24 And the nations of those who are saved shall walk in its light, and the kings of the earth bring their glory and honor into it. 25 Its gates shall not be shut at all by day(there shall be no night there). 26 And they shall bring the glory and the honor of the nations into it. 27 But there shall by no means enter it anything that defiles, or causes an abomination or a lie, but only those who are written in the Lamb's Book of Life.

1 And he showed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding from the throne of God and of the Lamb. 2 In the middle of its street, and on either side of the river, was the tree of life, which bore twelve fruits, each tree yielding its fruit every month. The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. 3 And there shall be no more curse, but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it, and His servants shall serve Him. 4 They shall see His face, and His name shall be on their foreheads. 5 There shall be no night there: They need no lamp nor light of the sun, for the Lord God gives them light. And they shall reign forever and ever.

WORD

The Word of the Lord is:

Quick and Powerful,

Living and Active,

Like a Fire shut up in my bones,

Like a Hammer that breaks the rock in pieces,

Written upon my mind,

Engraved upon my heart,

By the Spirit of the Almighty within,

My Light, my Love and my Liberty,

My God, my Truth, and I Pray -

my Word, my Way, and my Life.

Ps 45:1

My heart is overflowing with a good theme;

I recite my composition concerning the King;

My tongue is the pen of a ready writer.

NKJV

2 Cor 3:3

Clearly you are an epistle of Christ, ministered by us, written not with ink but by the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of flesh, that is, of the heart.

9 My heart within me is broken

Because of the prophets;

All my bones shake.

I am like a drunken man,

And like a man whom wine has overcome,

Because of the Lord,

And because of His holy words.

NKJV

Heb 4:12

12 For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

Deut 30:11-14

11 "For this commandment which I command you today is not too mysterious for you, nor is it far off. 12 It is not in heaven, that you should say, 'Who will ascend into heaven for us and bring it to us, that we may hear it and do it?' 13 Nor is it beyond the sea, that you should say, 'Who will go over the sea for us and bring it to us, that we may hear it and do it?' 14 But the word is very near you, in your mouth and in your heart, that you may do it.

NKJV

John 1:1-18

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. 4 In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. 5 And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it.

6 There was a man sent from God, whose name was John. 7 This man came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all through him might believe. 8 He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light. 9 That was the true Light which gives light to every man coming into the world.

10 He was in the world, and the world was made through Him, and the world did not know Him. 11 He came to His own, and His own did not receive Him. 12 But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name: 13 who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.

15 John bore witness of Him and cried out, saying, "This was He of whom I said,'He who comes after me is preferred before me, for He was before me.'"

16 And of His fullness we have all received, and grace for grace. 17 For the law was given through Moses, but grace and truth came through Jesus Christ.

NKJV

31 Then Jesus said to those Jews who believed Him, "If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed. 32 And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free."

In Spite of Hell

Please take the time and put forth the effort to encourage others. If encourage is not something that you usually do, should you expect others to encourage you? Everyone needs courage and it’s not hard to do good when you’re filled with God’s Love! It can be as simple as smiling at someone, giving a good word, a kind look or a helping hand. If your heart is pure toward people then they will know it, and be encouraged when you show it. Not because of how they look or don’t look, or for what they have or haven’t done, but because you make them feel, “like someone.” Someone worthy of a moment of your time, even if all you give is a rhyme or dime. People just want to know they matter. “But we’ve all got so much on our platter!” And that’s a perfect reason to give some away, and help someone else have, a better day!

When we love,

we treat people well,

they can tell,

and we do good,

in spite of Hell.

With His Love,

be filled,

to it yield,

and through it,

let the hurt be healed.

“Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap.” And “whatever good anyone does, he will receive the same from the Lord.”

(Gal 6:7, Eph 6:8)

Simplicity

Simplicity, singleness, sincerity, Love. KISS

Acts 2:46-47

Word of Truth Lies Demise

What goes on in your head?
Do you think about what God has said?
His Word is True, and He is with you,
So there’s no reason to worry or dread.

Don’t allow what discouragement said,
To worm in your head and to spread,
God’s Word is True, it is what you CAN DO,
So meditate on what He said instead.

Don’t let thoughts of evil persist,
With the Word of Almighty resist,
What He has spoken is True, it will bring you through,
And His Promise enlist to exist.

GIVE IT LOVE IT LIVE IT

In order to fulfill you dream - it would seem - that you have to pay the price, and sacrifice. You must make time to do what you love even if it doesn’t pay, and do what pays even if you don’t love it. Few people have the luxury of providing a living by pursuing their passion. So “We do what we have to do so we can do what we want to do.” ~ The Great Debaters (2007)

You may not “love” your job but that doesn’t mean that you can’t choose to enjoy it. Because the joy issues from the inside, it is a fruit of the Spirit. If you will be conscious of it and thereby open the spout, it will begin to flow out. Then in joy you can enjoy the job you employ. If you have to do it you might as well choose to enjoy it. Your joy is dependent upon you and not what you do.

Then when what you must do is done, you can have some fun. You’ve paid the price and now you can pursue your passion. And pursue it you must for the greater life requires that you fulfill your desire. You do what you love because it’s your gift, something that you’ve been given to give, and when you do what you love, is when you love to live. You’ve gotta pay to play, and maybe someday, someone will come and offer you pay to play. But that’s the exception and not the rule and the expectation of the fool. Because your gift was given for you to give, so you can’t sell it just to make a living. Give with motives right and true, and do what you love, because it’s what you love to do.

1 Peter 4:10-11
10 As each one has received a gift, minister it to one another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God. 11 If anyone speaks, let him speak as the oracles of God. If anyone ministers, let him do it as with the ability which God supplies, that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom belong the glory and the dominion forever and ever. Amen.

2 Cor 9:6-15
6 But this I say: He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. 7 So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver. 8 And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work. 9 As it is written:

"He has dispersed abroad,
He has given to the poor;
His righteousness endures forever."

10 Now may He who supplies seed to the sower, and bread for food, supply and multiply the seed you have sown and increase the fruits of your righteousness, 11 while you are enriched in everything for all liberality, which causes thanksgiving through us to God. 12 For the administration of this service not only supplies the needs of the saints, but also is abounding through many thanksgivings to God, 13 while, through the proof of this ministry, they glorify God for the obedience of your confession to the gospel of Christ, and for your liberal sharing with them and all men, 14 and by their prayer for you, who long for you because of the exceeding grace of God in you. 15 Thanks be to God for His indescribable gift!
