Anti-Christ “Christian's”

I’m inclined to believe that deep down everyone desires to know God, live in Love, and be established in the Truth. People wish to do well; and to be loved and accepted for who they are; and not merely judged for what they’ve done. And that’s the calling of the church, not to criticize but to preach the cross of Christ. For there, on the tree - He who is absolutely Holy, laid down His own life and showed the ultimate unconditional love for sinners. And what is sin? The worst one, the one that is actually is an absolute abomination is simply not walking in love. People who call themselves “Christians” and act condescending in no way exemplify Christ. He sacrificed Himself to lift others up and not to put them down. So those who exalt themselves and degrade others actually epitomize the Anti-Christ. Anti-Christ “Christians” – could it be? People who are going around judging others for their “sin” and all the while themselves breaking the greatest commandment which is love. They protest and proclaim others are “abominations” while they themselves are actually acting abominable in the eyes of the Almighty. God loved the world and died for them, so how many of these people who claim to be so Christ like would actually lay down their lives for those whom they are criticizing?

Would you die for someone who is doing something you hate to show them that God loves them? Or at the very least at least love them even though they have sin? For they are them and sin is sin, they are not sin and sin is not them. And even though everyone has sinned, God still loves them, even those who sin the most by loving the least. And who could be harder to love than an abominable unloving Anti-Christ “Christian?” And yet God still loves even them. But we have to separate the people from the sin, for, “God loves people but hates sin.” And He hates the sin because it’s killing the people that He loves. So He sent Jesus came to separate people from their sin by dying for them.

If the greatest commandment is love, and we know that it is, then why do so many “Christians” still abide in their sin? I believe it’s because the spirit of the Anti-Christ has come to tempt them to judgment and they have embraced it. Therefore, even though they are commanded to abide in love they have laid down the love of God in order to be critical and are in critical condition. “My brethren, these things ought not to be so.”

So what if you’ve been convicted and found yourself to be an abominable Anti-Christ “Christian” then what shall you do? Repent! And receive the Love of God. Then what you’ve freely received, freely give that in the Love of Christ you may truly live.

1 John 3:10-4:16

10 In this the children of God and the children of the devil are manifest: Whoever does not practice righteousness is not of God, nor is he who does not love his brother. 11 For this is the message that you heard from the beginning, that we should love one another, 12 not as Cain who was of the wicked one and murdered his brother. And why did he murder him? Because his works were evil and his brother's righteous.

13 Do not marvel, my brethren, if the world hates you. 14 We know that we have passed from death to life, because we love the brethren. He who does not love his brother abides in death. 15 Whoever hates his brother is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in him.

16 By this we know love, because He laid down His life for us. And we also ought to lay down our lives for the brethren. 17 But whoever has this world's goods, and sees his brother in need, and shuts up his heart from him, how does the love of God abide in him?

18 My little children, let us not love in word or in tongue, but in deed and in truth. 19 And by this we know that we are of the truth, and shall assure our hearts before Him. 20 For if our heart condemns us, God is greater than our heart, and knows all things. 21 Beloved, if our heart does not condemn us, we have confidence toward God. 22 And whatever we ask we receive from Him, because we keep His commandments and do those things that are pleasing in His sight. 23 And this is His commandment: that we should believe on the name of His Son Jesus Christ and love one another, as He gave us commandment.

24 Now he who keeps His commandments abides in Him, and He in him. And by this we know that He abides in us, by the Spirit whom He has given us.

1 Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world. 2 By this you know the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is of God, 3 and every spirit that does not confess that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is not of God. And this is the spirit of the Antichrist, which you have heard was coming, and is now already in the world.

4 You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world. 5 They are of the world. Therefore they speak as of the world, and the world hears them. 6 We are of God. He who knows God hears us; he who is not of God does not hear us. By this we know the spirit of truth and the spirit of error.

7 Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God. 8 He who does not love does not know God, for God is love. 9 In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him. 10 In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins. 11 Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another.

12 No one has seen God at any time. If we love one another, God abides in us, and His love has been perfected in us. 13 By this we know that we abide in Him, and He in us, because He has given us of His Spirit. 14 And we have seen and testify that the Father has sent the Son as Savior of the world. 15 Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides in him, and he in God. 16 And we have known and believed the love that God has for us. God is love, and he who abides in love abides in God, and God in him.
