Conviction and declaration empower establishment. Like the conviction of the Founding Fathers of the United States and their “Declaration of Independence”. “The Declaration” empowered the establishment of nation. It’s the principle of proclamation. And you’ve also been given the privilege to put it practice.

What will you decide and decree and be completely committed to do? Dare to declare it!
