I AM With You! – I AM Your Provider!

Have you ever gone anywhere with a provider? When you do you don’t have to worry about your needs because everything is taken care of. It’s like being on a road trip when you are a kid. When you pull up to the gas station, restaurant or hotel you don’t even think about it because you know the one in charge will see to it. All you have to do is stay on the same route and follow the Provider. He has already gone ahead and made dinner plans and reservations but I’ve noticed that they never seem to come early. If you haven’t learned to trust yet this can tend to make you nervous but the provision doesn’t come early because there is no need. Imagine trying to ride a motorcycle down the road carrying a big gas can, bed mattress, dinner plate and drinks. There’s no need now, it will be there when you need it because God said that He will see to it. All your needs will be met because “I AM With you and I AM Your Provider!”

“…GOD WILL PROVIDE!...” (Gen 22:8) Read Genesis Chapter 22

Gen 22:7-8 (Caps. added)
7 Isaac spoke up and said to his father Abraham, "Father?"

"Yes, my son?" Abraham replied.

"The fire and wood are here," Isaac said, "but where is the lamb for the burnt offering?"

8 Abraham answered, "GOD HIMSELF WILL PROVIDE the lamb for the burnt offering, my son." And the two of them went on together.
NIV

“THE – LORD – WILL – PROVIDE” (GEN 22:14)

1 Tim 5:8 (Caps. added)
8 But if anyone does not provide for his own, and especially for those of his HOUSEHOLD, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.
NKJV

Eph 2:19-20 (Caps. added)
19 Now, therefore, you are no longer strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints and members of the HOUSEHOLD of God,
NKJV

If you have received Jesus as your Lord and Savior then you are a child of God and a member of His Household! God has promised to provide for His own and He will surely do it. You don’t need to understand how He will do it. Just walk with God and trust that He will do the right thing, at the right place, at the right time. Because He’s your Father, He loves you and He can handle it. Now if you choose your own way then that’s a different story. So stick with God, if you’ve wandered off you may be feeling lost and forsaken, but don’t cry, just come back and get back on track. Follow the Leader because He’s the Provider!
